Mission

Hébergement par clientèle référée par un établissement de santé. Espace La Traversée est un organisme à but non lucratif. Depuis 1990, nous offrons des services d'hébergement, de réadaptation, de soutien et d'assistance ainsi que de la location de logements sociaux. Nous travaillons en collaboration et en complémentarité avec différents partenaires du réseau et de la communauté. Nous plaçons la personne au centre de nos préoccupations et croyons au potentiel de changement.

Objectif

Notre mandat consiste à mettre en place l'organisation nécessaire afin d'accompagner et de soutenir la personne selon sa condition à l'intérieur d'un milieu de vie adapté et misant sur la qualité des services et l'intégration sociale.
