Fondation Rosemère vient en aide aux enfants, adultes et personnes âgées vivant avec des problématiques de santé qui nécessitent des services spécialisés.. Sous forme de subvention et d'abord évaluées par le réseau public, les subventions permettent du répit aux familles, des services spécialisés aux handicapés, des achats d'équipements ou de l'aide ponctuelle.
