Mission
Permettre à des personnes adultes, ayant des limitations physiques et éloignées du marché de l'emploi, d'avoir une activité de jour qui reproduit le travail, afin de sortir de l'isolement et apprendre les habiletés de base pour une intégration socioprofessionnelle.
Objectif
- Développer l'employabilité, la responsabilité, le plein potentiel et le “pouvoir d'agir“ de nos participants. - Briser leur isolement. - Améliorer leur confiance et leur estime de soi. - Offrir un répit à leur entourage et vice-versa.
