Mission
Solidarité Mercier-Est a pour mission de regrouper des citoyens, des groupes, des organismes et des institutions oeuvrant dans mercier-Est afin de participer au développement social, économique, environnemental et communautaire du quartier. Elle cherche également à favoriser la promotion du quartier Mercier-Est, l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des citoyens ainsi que le développement des organismes communautaires autonomes.
